This group will co-ordinate the logistics of the GA, including the venue, venue arrangements, transportation, accommodation, hospitality and the APRALO Showcase
Tasks
a. Finalize GA Venue and arrangements (per-session arrangements where required)
b. Liaise with Outreach Committee on Participant List
c. Plan and Organize the APRALO Showcase (in co-ordination with Finance Subcommittee)
d. Co-ordinate with Staff and ICANN Travel on accommodation/transportation for ALSes
attending GA (if required)

The timing goes to 40 minutes.. but it is our celebration and people have to be a little lenient with us.. We just have to be strict with our speakers. Ali can be the person to manage the speakers, and ensure they don't talk too long.. cut off the sound or something!!
