01:18:27 Seun S. Ojedeji: 1. Whereas, AFRALO is aware of and has been following the Afrinic's governance crisis, more particularly since Afrinic has been without a quorate board since 14 June 2022.
2. Whereas, for the purpose of addressing the above, AFRALO has been made aware of an application initiated by one director named Mr Silvio Cabral Almada before the Supreme Court of Mauritius case bearing reference SC/COM/MOT/000265/2023 whereby the latter is praying for a special general members meeting of the company for the purpose of holding an election to fill Afrinic's current board vacancies.
3. Whereas, AFRALO is further aware that the tenure of the Afrinic's current elected directors will expire by 20 September 2023, such that it is imperative that that Afrinic has a properly constituted board of directors at the earliest.
4. Whereas, AFRALO has also been informed that some of the key parties to the aforementioned application have still not communicated their stand respect thereof which is unnecessarily preventing a expeditou
