7) Please identify the type(s) of work performed:	I am a lawyer and technologist, currently Policy Counsel to the W3C and a Research Fellow with Harvard's Berkman Center for Internet & Society (http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/). I created and lead the Chilling Effects Clearinghouse (https://www.chillingeffects.org/), a website that catalogs threats to free expression online and helps individuals to understand their rights in response. My legal scholarship focuses on intellectual property, privacy, technology, free expression, and innovation. I am also engaged in technology policy consulting for the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

I do not represent any of these organizations other than NCSG in ICANN. I am also an individual member of the North American Regional At-Large Organization (NARALO).
