<p><span>I am a lawyer and technologist, currently Policy Counsel to the W3C and a Research Fellow with Harvard&apos;s&nbsp;</span><a class="external-link" style="text-decoration: none;" href="http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/" rel="nofollow">Berkman Center for Internet &amp; Society</a><span>. I created and lead the&nbsp;</span><a class="external-link" style="text-decoration: none;" href="https://www.chillingeffects.org/" rel="nofollow">Chilling Effects Clearinghouse</a><span>, a website that catalogs threats to free expression online and helps individuals to understand their rights in response. My legal scholarship focuses on intellectual property, privacy, technology, free expression, and innovation.</span><br class="atl-forced-newline" /><br class="atl-forced-newline" /><span>I am also engaged in technology policy consulting for the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).</span></p>

I do not represent any of these organizations other than NCSG in ICANN.
