At-Large Priority Activities - 2022

  • The group decided that 2 surveys will be sent out , one for individual members and one for non- members (those who were rejected applications)
  • Sarah Kiden will send the final questions for the members and non-members to Silvia Vivanco and Alperen Eken.
  • Sarah Kiden, Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong and Isaac Maposa will draft introductory paragraphs explaining the survey's purpose, considering that non- members (applicants rejected ) would be asked to complete this survey. The surveys will be sent to translation into FR by staff as some members are FR speakers. Surveys will be sent by staff out giving respondents 2 weeks to complete.
  • Silvia Vivanco will send the table with individual membership to the WG mailing list asking them to review the document and be ready to discuss the several options at the next meeting.
  •  All members will study the table on RALO members individual voting rights, the WG will revisit this topic once the results of the surveys are back.
  • Yesim Nazlar will set up the next call for August 27 at 16 UTC.
