19.10.3 If a vote of a RALO Chair is to be directed by RALO membership, that decision and the nature of the direction require vote(s) of the RALO according to its rules.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this email finds you well. We held a consensus call to decide how the vote in the Final Election of the ICANN Board Director selected by At-Large would be conducted.
It was agreed during the AFRALO monthly call and on the Afri-discuss mailing list that the AFRALO Chair, Aziz Hiliali, would vote on behalf of AFRALO ALSes without the direction of ALSes.
