Victor Ndonnang:Here are some criteria to considere when proposing an IGF workshop: 1) proposals have to be detailed (let's say around 900 - 1000 words is considered as sufficiently detailed)2) panels have to be heterogeneous in terms of gender balance and geographical representation ;3)organizers should have some experience in terms of IGF workshop organization; 4)organizers and panelists should be able to join the IGF venue (i.e. being able to reach Baku)
