3.  AC Rooms/Confluence presentation in San Francisco – Co-Chairs, Roman, and Carole (5 min)

   -  Will occur during Regional Leadership Meeting on Wednesday, 16 March, at 9:00 am PST.  (Roman’s session scheduled for 9:10 am PST.) 

   -  In addition to set agenda, Roman could briefly mention today’s discussion re rolling out other Web tools, such as Posterous.

   -  Do Roman or Carole have any questions or issues?

4.  Rollout of other tools to ALSes (such as Posterous, iEtherPad, Twitter Twibes, etc.) – Co-Chairs, Roman, and Carole (10 min)

   -  Logistics (how would it be done?)

   -  Training and support?

   -  Next steps?

5.  Review of how ALS Survey results relate to WT B’s recommendations, esp. Rec. 3 (remove any obstacles in ALS-RALO-ALAC structure) – Dev (5-10 min.)

   -  WT has covered much of this already.

   -  See Dev’s new summary for WT B.

6.  Systematic check of tasks in WT B Simplified Improvements Outline – Cheryl (20 min)

   -  Has WT dealt with all tasks?

   -  IMPORTANT:  Rec 9 (improving ICANN translation/interpretation) -- not yet discussed by WT: 

         -  New Language Services Policy will be introduced in SF; ICANN Head of Language Services, Christina Rodriguez, will address ALAC & Regional Leadership Working Session on Tuesday.  Although she could not join us today for this meeting, does WT B want her also to address WT B separately – this week at another time, during WT B meeting in SF, etc.?
