Roadmap for Pilot Holistic Review ToR

  • The group agreed that a project roadmap is needed to structure the project’s major milestones and to clearly delineate between the work that happens before, during and after the 18-month review timeframe.

Pilot Holistic Review ToR Meeting at ICANN 74

  • The group agreed to further discuss having a Pilot Holistic Review ToR Meeting at ICANN 74 in the group’s coordination meeting as well as at the 14 April plenary meeting.

Action Items:

  1. Create a roadmap for the Pilot Holistic Review showing milestones, prework, review work (within the 18-month timeframe), and postwork 
  2. Further discuss and decide on Pilot Holistic Review ToR Meeting at ICANN 74 
  3. Coordinate future Pilot Holistic Review meeting dates/times with At-Large 
  4. Coordinate future Pilot Holistic Review meeting dates/times with Board Ops due to scheduling conflicts
