Decisions Reached:

• The team’s next face-to-face meeting date will be changed from 7-9 October 2019 to 20-22 October 2019.

• Team agreed to make the Ombudsman report publicly available.

Action Items:

• Sébastien will send a Doodle poll for the Board work group to meet in the coming days.

• Pat will start a thread on the email list to initiate a discussion with the review team on considerations for review team recommendations.

• Larisa to share a matrix that may help the review team think about prioritizing recommendations.

• ICANN org to advise meetings team of the date change to the face-to-face meeting in October.

• Team to discuss the Ombudman report at the beginning of next week’s plenary meeting.
