• Rec. 1 – Strategic Priority:  Cathrin to provide draft to subgroup by end of weekend
• Rec. 2 – Single WHOIS Policy: Subgroup report pending subgroup review, if no replies by COB today (Friday 6 April), Carlton to send to RT.
• Rec. 10 – Privacy/Proxy Services: Susan to touch base with Volker on subgroup report
• Rec. 11- Common Interface: Volker to share subgroup draft report with subgroup/review team asap.
• Subgroup 2 – Anything New:  Stephanie to send draft to subgroup/RT in parallel by COB today (Friday 6 April)
• Subgroup 3 – Law Enforcement Needs: Cathrin volunteered to substitute for Thomas for Face-to-Face Meeting #2 and provide assistance with subgroup draft report. ICANN org to provide a draft subgroup report to Cathrin.
• Topic 4 – Consumer Trust: Cathrin to provide link to US FTC feedback on relevance of WHOIS to Topic 4 – Consumer Trust subgroup
• Topic 5 – Safeguarding Registrant Data: Alan plans to share his first draft of subgroup draft report with the subgroup/RT for review in parallel by the end of the weekend.
• ICANN org to update the agenda with extending Rec.4 - Compliance and Rec. 10 – Privacy/Proxy Services to 2 hours each, and shortening other sessions planned for days 2-3. ICANN org to update the agenda accordingly.
• ICANN Org to send a reminder about approved slides deadline to all:

• • Monday 9 April COB – ICANN org support team to send draft slides to subgroup Rapporteurs
  • Thursday 12 April COB – Rapporteurs to send final updates to slides to ICANN org support team
  • Friday 13 April COB – ICANN org support team to circulate final slide-deck with the review team

• All rapporteurs to submit final slides no later than Thursday 12 April to enable final deck to be distributed on Friday 13 April.
