Dejan will be sending proposed definitions to subteam for comment - still to be finalized. Proposed definition: The market based on language is defined by spoken language
in countries and territories. It includes all IDN gTLD delegated strings and ASCII strings written by letters of English alphabet but in language other than English. The last excludes
string which represents brands and products oriented to international market.
