  1. Dear Colleagues,

    I still have problem with our meeting starting at 15:00 UTC.  Difficult for me to participate because  still in the office at that time. May I suggest that in case it can works for you we move  it to a time after 17:00 UTC? If not could we try to start some of our meetings after 17:00 UTC.   Not sure to attend today's call and propose that you discuss it in AOB
