1. Dev to create a new google doc with the table and proposal made by Sergio and Dev's proposal.
2. Initial document to include the LA agreement points to be included and highlight if there is any contradiction.Dev will have the document ready in the next 2 days.
3. Add any new items to be proposed to the region
4. Final proposal will be presented to LACRALO membership as a whole to be reviewed and approved
5. Call to be organized for Monday 29 (either at 18 UTC or 23 UTC)
