- Speakers for capacity building - all speakers are divided by sub-groups, the speakers are being contacted to receive confirmation soon. Tijani Ben Jemaa will update the final program according to speaker's availability.
- List of AFRALO attendees : 12 people are in in the process of submitting the details. Gisella Gruber will update all with the final list to be provided by CT.
- Flights Bookings: Some people are unable to fill in details with FCM and they request troubleshooting or exception so this is not impediment to book the trip. Gisella Gruber will follow up with Joseph on this issue.
- Showcase Program includes a first part with interpretation and guest speakers, second section will be in the foyer for 20 mins with dancers and canapes and cocktails. Gisella Gruber to finalize the details on entertainment details and logistics.
- Silvia and Mario to send an email with the sign up sheet to AFRALO members.
- Aziz Hilali and Tijani Ben Jemaa to update the Showcase Agenda with details and speakers to be invited, including the CEO so he can be formally invited.
- Sarah Kiden, Tijani Ben Jemaa and Aziz Hilali to create a document with the four schedules to be created for the Capacity Building sessions.
- Mentorship Program update: 7 sub - groups are already formed and the Program is done. The AFRALO membership will be informed at the next webinar. Tijani Ben Jemaa to send the composition of the mentorship subgroups today.
- Local community engagement : 60 participants will come from outside to visit, professors, professionals and students. Tijani Ben Jemaa will request the visitors to register at the ICANN 59 website so they can obtain conference badges.
- Sarah Kiden to update Glenn Mckight and Dev Anand of the O/E group on local engagement plans.
