- 1) WG to focus first on ROPs changes and once a draft is ready, the WG will work with staff to determine if there is a need to amend the MOU.
- 2) John More and Alan Greenberg agreed to act as the pen holders in the drafting of the new ROPs. will be the co-pen holder. Seth Reiss has agreed to review and comment on a draft.
- 3) Glenn McKnight and Silvia Vivanco to list the main items and links with the Constitutional documents.
- 4) Terri Agnew to send a doodle for a WG call during the Week of Jan 16th - 20th.
