1) Describe how the original Proposed Goals
and Outcomes were accomplished:

I attended both days of the 2016 Personal Democracy Forum in New York City and successfully represented ICANN to many attendees in conversation. The format of the event was approximately 2/3 TED style talks with 1/3 panel discussions of where only 25% of the time was allocated to discussion. The formal events involved much more monologue than dialogue. That said, I used the networking time between sessions to great effect. Conference attendees I spoke with were largely unaware of ICANN's existence so I spent time explaining ICANN to many people. I also spoke with a Croatian national who was very unhappy about the management of it's ccTLD and I promised him that I would rely this concern back to ICANN.

2) Additional information pertaining
to this outreach event (optional):
There was a strong emphasis on the use of technology for social change and many grassroots organizers in attendance as well as a age skew towards under 40. Given the heavily monologue nature of the conference, it would be helpful to get a chance to have a speaking spot on the program and I understand that the parent organization has strong ties to ISOC-NYC; this might be capitalized on.
