UPDATE:

In early April 2014, ICANN I/T Staff was able to reintroduce a third-party plugin capability that is now site-wide and enables the Bing Translate engine for all Community Wiki spaces. As a result, the individual solution implemented for CROPP has been deactivated.

You will find the new "Translate" capability as the last word in the status line immediately below the page title.

 Originally Announced in December 2013...

We were able to find an alternative method for enabling the Microsoft Bing language translation capability. At present, it is only available on a Space-by-Space basis and is currently being tested/evaluated in this CROPP application.

To operate, just click on the Translate box (upper area of the left Navigation menu), select from one of the 30 languages, and the entire page will be translated. Given that it is a computer-generated translation, there may be errors and peculiarities; however, we hope that it is generally useful in terms of understanding the content.
