We were able to find an alternative method for enabling the Microsoft Bing language translation. At present, it is only available on a space-by-space basis and is still being tested.
To operate, just click on the Translate box (upper area of the left Navigation menu), select from one of the 30 languages, and the entire page will be translated. Given that it is a computer-generated translation, there may be errors and peculiarities; however, we hope that it is generally useful in terms of understanding the content.
