1) Pavan to work with staff on giveaways for the Showcase event.
2) Maureen and Pavan to work together for outreach in regards to Beijing. Questionnaire and also coffee meetings.
3) Agenda for APRALO meeting in Beijing to be finalized and sent to staff
4) Brochures to be prepared by staff for the ICANN meeting, given to some APRALO staff for outreach purpose
5) Hong to provide update for the Chinese speakers ALS session in Beijing
