ICANN has posted all of the new gTLD applied for strings and their applications by applicants at  http://gtldresult.icann.org/

On the http://gtldresult.icann.org/ page,  you can search the database of applied for strings by

  • string,
  • Applicant
  • Region
  • IDN
  • Community
  • Geographic

You can also sort the table by one of the columns  (String, Applicant, Location, Community, Geographic, Primary Contact, Email)

Clicking on the string or the applicant in one of the rows will take you to a page of the gTLD application by the applicant, which in turn contains a link to "download public portion of application". Some applications may have links to supplemental documents submitted by the applicant.
