The ad-hoc drafting group is to complete a statement on behalf of the ALAC on the Joint Project Agreement between ICANN and the Department of Commerce. The members of the ad-hoc drafting group are: C Samuels, B Brendler, W Ludwig, A Muehlberg, A Greenberg.
The ALAC will come up with a formula on how to represent the one billion individuals currently using the Internet.
The ALAC will devote their March Teleconference to discussing the ICANN budget in detail. To facilitate the discussion, an ALAC subgroup will come up with a list of subjects. The discussion should not only concern At-Large’s needs but focus on ICANN as a whole.
V Cretu will provide information with regards to some of the current and planned projects in view of the budget discussion.
The ALAC is to carry over its discussion on GNSO Review, Accountability and Transparency Frameworks, and New GTLDs to the teleconference in March.
