  avri:Please lets start.
Sandra Hoferichter:I was speaking could you hear me?
  Heidi Ullrich:You are disconnected.
  Carlos Dionisio Aguirre:no
Heidi Ullrich:We are dialing out to you.
  Sandra Hoferichter:now I am droped
Sandra Hoferichter:no let me dial in
  Heidi Ullrich:ok
Heidi Ullrich:Sandra said she'll start the call as soon as she is back
  Heidi Ullrich:Sala is on
avri:i think we should all get into the habit of starting all meetings at 1 minute past the hour
  Heidi Ullrich:Welcome, Sandra!
Olivier Crepin-Leblond:speaking whilst muted happens to me all the time!
Gisella Gruber-White:Sala has not yet joined
Gisella Gruber-White:Apologies - Sala HAS joined the call
Olivier Crepin-Leblond:I agree with Avri. It sounds pretentious
Heidi Ullrich:Is newcomers too close to the Newcomers that go to the Newcomers Lounge and Newcomers Track?
Carlos Dionisio Aguirre:Could you put in the screen  the change proposal by Avri?
avri:ICANN is a very developed and highly complex multistakeholder orgnization.
  Carlos Dionisio Aguirre:@avri thanks
Olivier Crepin-Leblond:can you please unlock the scrolling, Matt?
Olivier Crepin-Leblond:So we can scroll by ourselves?
Olivier Crepin-Leblond:*anyone* Gisella/Heid/Matt/Sandra/Silvia --- please unlock the scolling
  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:hello?
  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:is anyone reading this?
Carlos Dionisio Aguirre:@olivier you are ignored!
  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:yup
Olivier Crepin-Leblond:MAYBE I NEED TO WRITE IN UPPERCASE ONLY?
avri:@Matt: In terms of edits what I was suggesting is that it needs an english language editorial pass.  i also indicated, when i was being volunteered, that Tijani was probably even better at proper English usage (i am just a slangin 'merikan) than I was and I counter-volunteered him instead.
  Matt Ashtiani:@avri - understood :-)
  Sandra Hoferichter:This was me
Carlos Dionisio Aguirre:I like the Tijani`s proposal , in relation to change the expression newcomers by new leaders .
  Carlos Dionisio Aguirre:line droped
Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:Good Morning, I was on the phone and just logged in
Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:I was on the road, apologies for the late web log in

  Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:Fantastic job Sandra
Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:Clear, concise and no room for confusion
Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:I am fine with the letter OCL
Carlos Dionisio Aguirre:my proposal is to finish the subtitle without the expression " in practice",
Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:ICANN Academy: Understanding the ICANN Ecosystem
Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:propose to use "evolved complex multistakeholder..." instead of highly developed
Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:but I agree with the spirit of the suggestion
  avri:the both are correct
  Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:no comments
avri:but we probably should be consistent within a document.
  avri:no new acronym, please
  Carlos Dionisio Aguirre:@avri totally agree!
  Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:+1
Matt Ashtiani:@sandra - i will take a look at the file to see what happened

Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:[could barely make out what Tijani was saying
  avri:moodle.org
  Heidi Ullrich:http://moodle.org/
avri:as i said, it is not an English word, but the proper name of a new tool
Heidi Ullrich:Tijani, I put the link in your Skype chat
  Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:or SCORM
avri:"A free, open-source PHP web application for producing modular internet-based courses that support a modern social constructionist pedagogy. ...."
Heidi Ullrich:Should hte moodle.org URL be included in the slide?
Olivier Crepin-Leblond:How about calling "Outlook" --> "What's next?"
  Carlos Dionisio Aguirre:@avri agree
  Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:i think it should
  Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:or maybe not
Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:but verbally as a side comment
  avri:or Next Steps
Carlos Dionisio Aguirre:I like the olivier`s What next
  Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:+1
avri:if people listened completely, at 100% concentration, the calls would be much more difficult.
Olivier Crepin-Leblond:because they'd be able to pick on every word. You're right
  Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:I agree
Heidi Ullrich:The two documents are only on the PC agenda for today.
  Heidi Ullrich:We will remove them.
  Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:Yes Olivier

Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro:web will on but phone will be stwicthed off
avri:i do not think we need to use the regualtion background.
avri:i think we can use the same slides, or the same slides as changed after the webinar based on questions in the webinar.
  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:good point Avri
  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:good point Tijani
Carlos Dionisio Aguirre:on this point I prefer not mention trademarks of tools to use
avri:well it is an on=pen source thingy
avri:and i am not sure it is trademarked
avri:Moodle is under a gnu license.
avri:i thnk i may try to use it for a class i am teaching in a few weeks. just to get an idea on how to use it.
avri:please send me the latest and greatest version of the letter so I can do an edit pass.
  avri:chain of custody: me -> tijani - >sandra -> OCL
