Introductory Note by the Staff
In researching a question related to adoption of a draft Advisory of the ALAC related to the GNSO Non-Commercial Stakeholders Group which was intended to take place on the ALAC teleconference of 28th April, the Staff became aware that the minutes for that meeting were not complete with respect to the last section of the minutes, for the item entitled with respect to the section entitled “Call for Comment on New Consumers Constituency Petition and Charter”.
The minutes as adopted note only that a matter was proposed, but do not record the resolution of the matter.
The following is a transcript of the english language recording of the relevant portion of the meeting (beginning at 01:44:30):
Chair: " The final point is "Call for Comment on New Consumers Constituency Petition and Charter - Deadline 14th of May". It is my proposal that the ALAC support this, suprise suprise, does anyone wish to object to us looking at that in a positive way?
Alan: "Strongly support"
Chair: "Speak now or forever hold your peace, the gavel goes down. We hold all other items over to the next meeting"
End of Introductory Note
