RESOLVED [04.24] that based on the Reconsideration Committee's Recommendation RC 04-1
, the Board hereby recommends that staff pay due attention to the Bylaws' transparency provisions, and urges staff to dedicate necessary resources to ensure compliance with the prescribed timelines for the posting of preliminary reports.
