Jeff Neuman is Senior Vice President of Valideus USA & Com Laude USA and has been instrumental in providing policy assistance and advice in the fields of internet governance, intellectual property protection and domain name policy since the mid-1990s. Based in Tysons Corner, Virginia, he is responsible for helping both the Com Laude and Valideus teams expand their global reach into North America and to help provide additional strategic support to North American customers.

Com Laude is a corporate domain name registrar responsible for managing the domain name portfolio of a number of businesses, organizations and entities around the globe. We do not have any financial relationship with any domain name registry.

Other than being a "contracted party" bound by Consensus Policies Com Laude does not have any other commercial interest in ICANN GNSO policy development outcomes.

No

I am currently a member of a number of working groups and cross community groups on a wide range of issues.  I previously services.  I previously served as a co-chair of the New gTLDs Discussion Group and served on the GNSO Council for a number of years, where I was also the Vice Chair of the GNSO Council on behalf of the Contracted Parties and on the executive committee of the gTLD Registries Stakeholder Group. Other ICANN committees and working groups I participated in included those involved with rights protection mechanisms, reserved names, the policy-development process, transfers, whois, domian name abuse, and ICANN accountability.
