Description:
The ICANN Root Server System Advisory Committee (RSSAC) presents RSSAC037: A Proposed Governance Model for the Domain Name System (DNS) Root Server System (RSS) and its Root Server Operators (RSOs). The Model presented in this publication is the result of three years of extensive deliberations by the RSSAC to address the issues of accountability, financial stability, and sustainability of the RSS.
