  1. Updates to Statements of Interest: No updates provided

2. Public Comment Review Tool:

-- 4 Spreadsheets with multiple tabs: URS, Non-URS (TMCH, Sunrise, TM Claims, TM-PDDRP), URS and TMCH Individual Proposals, Overarching Questions

-- Followed the same format as was used for SubPro.

-- See: https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/report-comments-rpm-initial-report-18may20-en.pdf
 and https://community.icann.org/display/RARPMRIAGPWG/

-- Example: TMCH Recommendation #1: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xMehg9o44bdz85ry0LJvhzoOaKdmJ6SwIrLneMx0Ixc/edit#gid=1163822586

-- Question: How did you determine the color scheme? Answer: The highlight color matches the section -- green for support, red for non support, etc.

-- Question: How did you determine what goes into the Comment Highlight table? Answer: This reflects themes that we have seen.  These are extractions or key points.

3. Review the Final Phase 1 Work Plan - RPMs PDP WG Detailed Plan 15 May 2020 DRAFT at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1PvkLsz4gQMXbkraeNq0iGjmwOJZsG9e7caNQVBEZxpU/edit?usp=sharing [docs.google.com] (note that this is a tentative Work Plan and is subject to change)

-- Sub Group members should review the comments in the spreadsheet tab prior to the meeting.

-- Staff will include the link to the spreadsheet and indicate the tabs that will be addressed in the agenda for the upcoming meeting, to be sent at least 48-hours in advance.

-- The Sub Groups will review the comments and determine where there are high-level agreements; staff will assist in producing summary documents concurrently with the work.

-- Sub Groups will not determine recommendations, but will provide the summary to the full WG, which will then agree via consensus on the recommendations for the Final Report.

-- The full WG may concurrently review the URS and TMCH Individual Proposals and Overarching Questions, although this is still to be determined.

4. Call for Volunteers for Sub Group A (TMCH, Sunrise, TM Claims, and TM-PDDRP) and Sub Group B (URS)

-- Staff will send a reminder.

-- WG members are encouraged to respond ASAP so that meetings can be scheduled for 26 May (Sub Group A) and 28 May (Sub Group B).

-- Staff will work with the Sub Groups to find suitable meeting times, while recognizing that due to conflicts meeting slots will be limited.

-- As noted above, the Sub Groups will perform the work of analyzing the comments on the preliminary recommendations and providing a summary of high-level agreements (with staff support) to the WG to review; the full WG will determine the final recommendations.

-- There is no limit to the number of WG members who can join a Sub Group, but WG members should be expected to participate if they join.
