Dear All,

 

We wanted to follow up with you now that several of our organizations have adopted the charter for the Cross Community Working Group to Develop an IANA Stewardship Transition Proposal on Naming Related Functions or are in the process of considering adoption. In order to move this effort forward, we would like to first of all encourage you, if you have not done so yet to confirm, if your organization has adopted the charter, to submit the names of members from your respective organizations to Grace Abuhamad (grace.abuhamad@icann.org). As a reminder, the charter foresees that each SO/AC that has adopted the charter ‘shall appoint a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 members to the working group in accordance with their own rules and procedures’.
