Our local host has informed us that if you require a visa upon arrival to attend the ICANN Marrakech meeting, you will need to submit your request by: FRIDAY, 12 February 2016, 17:00 UTC. Any requests after this date AND time will NOT be honored.

For those who do not have diplomatic representation in their countries, In order to facilitate for the Moroccan Foreign Affairs Department for visas issue, would you please submit your applications directly to the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Consular and Social Affairs - Rabat to (m.barrada@maec.gov.ma and zaidi@maec.gov.ma) with the following documents:

Copy of valid passport (at least six month of validity),
Copy of the localhostletter
Flight detail (if available)

If you are eligible to receive a per diem, below is the wire transfer distribution schedule. In order for us to send the funds during the proper batch dates, you must must meet all of the criteria below. If not, your distribution date will be completed on the next available per diem batch schedule below:

1) Have a valid ICANN Vendor ID (submit completed Travel Vendor Set-Up Form and W-8BEN/W-9 Form)

2) PROVIDE Proof of Visa Completed (if applicable)
