    The word "substructures" comes from the ATRT3 Report. It is meant to refer to our ALSes (and UIMs). Also working parties and working group is a downstream construct, meaning they apply to how APRALO works.

    We have been careful not to over commit. We’ve also endeavoured to ensure to update our existing Reporting Measures so the workload is not increased too much. This said, we’ll be happy to hear your feedback on specific Principles/Criteria/Indicator
