Description:
RSSAC052 is RSSAC's review of OCTO-15: Recommendations for Early Warning for Root Zone Scaling, and also RSSAC's input to the ICANN Public Comment Proceeding of the same name. The RSSAC considers OCTO-15 to be well written. However, the RSSAC has several comments on OCTO-15, which are discussed in RSSAC052.
The RSSAC welcomes this opportunity to comment on the IANA Naming Function Review initial report, and would like to thank IFRT for preparing this initial report and submitting it for public comment.
