- The WG agreed to designate three co-chairs from the list of candidates who submitted an EOI. The three Co- chairs are: Daniel Khauka Nanghaka, Abdulkarim Ayopo Oloyede and Dave Kissoondoyal.
- The co-chairs will discuss and come up with an implementation plan with 3 topics topics from the Hot Topics Report 2018 and taking into account the Action Items of such report . The plan will be shared with the Hot Topics WG mailing list asking for feedback in 2 week and will be shared at the next WG call.
- WG members will identify needs for Staff support, such as translations and printed materials by June 11.
- Yesim Nazlar will send an doodle for the next teleconference to be held held within the week of June 11.
