-    Consider need to review procedure for handling conflict, and to assess the need to review each of the identified items in depth.

-    Finalize briefing questions for OCTO and questions to be covered during informal outreach to LE.

• • Consumer Trust subgroup

-    Continue call discussion about the definition of "consumer" within the subgroup.
