Instructions for AFRALO

WT C is asking AFRALO to , along with the other RALOs, to collect (in whatever manner it sees fit) contributions to the below three SWOT analyses from its ALSes.  These contributions should be in the form of additional strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats listed in each of the SWOT analyses.

As examples, the ALSes may refer to the points already listed in each SWOT analysis (these points were determined by WT C itself).  Each ALS and RALO may also review the points being added by the ALSes of the other RALOs; links to the SWOT contribution page of each RALOs can be found on the main WT C workspace page.

All users have reading rights to each RALO contribution page.  However, only a RALO's chairperson, vice chair, and secretariat have editing rights to its own SWOT contribution page.  (It is WT C's assumption that the AFRALO leadership will be compiling its ALSes' contributions onto the Confluence page; if you would like us to grant editing rights to any other RALO members, please just let us know.)

Please list your ALSes' contributions in a color other than black.  Also, your ALSes' contributions do not need to be numbered/lettered (as we've done with WT C's initial contributions).

WT C is requesting your ALSes' contributions as soon as possible but no later than three days after February's AFRALO meeting (that is, on 7 February).

Thank you very much.  If you have any questions or comments, please contact Seth Greene, the At-Large Improvements Manager, at seth.greene@icann.com.
