  • Are consumers aware of the New gTLDs?
  •  What is the assurance that those safeguards will be maintained under new ownership, and how is that monitored?
  •  Have you considered limiting the number of options of gTLD registries for brands as a measure of protecting intellectual property and consumers? (cf Defensive Registration)
