Result Interpretation
The Candidate with the highest votes, which must exceed 50% of the vote cast (11 votes or more), becomes the ICANN Board Director selected by the At-Large Community (Seat #15) from the end of 2017 AGM (3 Nov 2017) to the end of 2020 AGM (23 Oct 2020).
Tie Breaking
If two Candidates receive exactly the same number of votes, BMSPC will run the tied election over again in case voter positions have changed.
If the tie is broken, the Candidate with the highest votes, which must exceed 50% of the vote cast, wins.
If the tie still exists, a in person draw will take place in ICANN58 Copenhagen to break the tie.
