Click on your Name (upper right of screen) and select Settings from the drop-down menu or use the tab at the top of the Profile screen. 

Click Edit at the bottom of the page

which will make it possible to alter four settings:

• 1. At the top of this screen, by selecting from the drop-down list of Spaces, you may change the default Home Page that opens when you
first
• 1. login to Confluence
by selecting from the drop-down list of Spaces
• 1. .
  2. The second block allows you to change preferred Language (automatic is usually the best setting).
  3. You may also change the Time Zone, as appropriate to your location.
  4. Check the box to enable Keyboard Shortcuts (e.g., a "k" on any screen provides links that can be copied/pasted).

On the left menu, click Email, then Edit to adjust the settings used to determine how you will be notified by Confluence when various updates occur. Each option contains a brief description as to how that particular option operates.

(Note: You

should not need to reset the Editor function unless you are an advanced user).
