The drafting team will draft a survey to be sent out to all SO and AC leaders, it will include very general questions which will build a foundation for the future effort of this working group. A first draft will be made by 26-Oct-2012 and will be discussed and sent out to this WG by 29-Oct-2012, for a review period of one week ending 5-Nov-2012 23:59 UTC. Once the survey is evaluated by the WG, we will send out the survey to ICANN Communications and then sent out to the SO/AC Leadership List, as well as to the Chair of the Stakeholder Groups. We will give them one month to reply to this survey. As such, we should have an outcome by the end of November.
