•  Silvia Vivanco  SV to open a google doc for Greg to work on the NARALO  Town Hall meeting Agenda and i@Greg to prepare a power point for items 2 ( FY24 and planning FY25 )
•  Silvia Vivanco to add Nomcom update to the Agenda
•  Gregory Shatan to start drafting questions for Roundtable speakers
•  Silvia Vivanco to organize a prep session with speakers for the Roundtable (once all speakers have confirmed)
•  Gisella Gruber confirm venue for the Networking reception,ask f drinks (beer and wine) will be available and request a roving microphone with speaker.
•  Denise Hochbaum to lead social media and use #ICANN79 tag for ICANN org to be able to re-post social media posts
•  Eduardo Diaz will ask Puerto Rican ALS and Individuals if they are planning to attend ICANN 79 in person.
•  Michelle Desmyter to send calendar invites to Naela and her team for all ICANN 79 NARALO events.
•  Silvia Vivanco  to draft a Newsletter article on the Roundtable for ICANN 79
•  Michelle Desmyter to schedule the next call for Wednesday February 07 at 17:00 UTC.

•  Gregory Shatanto revise the  wording  for the Roundtable concept/description)
•  Silvia Vivanco to prepare the invitations to be sent to Roundtable speakers.
•  Silvia Vivanco to inform Siranush and Deborah about the 3 NARALO events inviting Next Gens and Fellows from the North America region to attend.
•  Eduardo Diaz  to prepare the promotional poster for the ICANN 79 NARALO’s Roundtable.
•  Silvia Vivanco, Naela Sarras and Heidi Ullrich to coordinate the staff invitation to the NARALO meeting /Townhall to ICANN org staff for the item Update on  FY 2026-2030 strategic planning (focusing on how the information collected in Hamburg is analyzed)
•  Denise Hochbaum to coordinate the promotion of the ICANN 79 events via Social media.
•  Michelle Desmyter to schedule the next call for Wednesday  January 31st at 17:00 UTC.
