The final slate of candidates presented by the BCEC is made up of the following candidates: Sébastien Bachollet, Pierre Dandjinou, Alan Greenberg. The RALO also has the opportunity to add additional candidates from the candidate pool to the ballot by means of petition. A petition needs to be supported by three RALOs to be succesful. The campaigning, including a community call for candidate debate will end on 12 November. The election will be held from 15 November until 19 November. (this process is subject to change

The development of the FY12 Budget will include a new, more inclusive approach. ALAC and the RALOs will need to submit their requests by approximately end of January 2011. These requests are to include information on how the requested activity will strengthen ICANN's policy development process.
The details of the new budget development approach will be announced by Kevin Wilson, ICANN's CFO, during October.
