Description:
The RSSAC identifies and recommends an initial set of parameters that would be useful to monitor and establish a baseline trend of the root server system.
- The RSSAC recommends each root server operator implement the measurements outlined in this advisory.
- The RSSAC should monitor the progress of the implementation of these measurements.
- Measurements outlined in this document should be revisited in two years to accommodate changes in DNS technologies.
