Cadence of meeting

  • The group agrees to meet weekly.

Google document

  • The group agrees to make comments on Google document, with ICANN org staff holding the pen and making the edits.

Skype chat 

  • The group agrees to use a Skype chat for group communications.

Fact sheet

  • The group agrees to have ICANN org create a fact sheet to provide insight and transparency into the work of the group. The fact sheet will live on the wiki space and follow the established processes followed by Specific Review Teams.

Target date for ToR draft

  • The group agrees that the target date for completion of the ToR draft will be ICANN 74 (13 June 2022).

Action items

  • The Coordination Group agreed to create a running list of action items to identify completed and outstanding tasks.

  2. Send invites for Google document comments
