  1. On 12 January 2021, the GNSO Council recevied the Final Issue Report on a Policy Development Process (PDP) to Review the Transfer Policy. The Final Issue Report included a Draft Charter that incoroprated a number of PDP 3.0 Improvements. It also sets out proposed scope of work and recommended a working group structure based on a “representative model”.
