 As part of the UA Courses that LACRALO is preparing for 2020/2021, we made 2 presentations with suppliers Paraguay and Bolivia. The main focus was to alert them to the need to implement UA, to know the reality of these entrepreneurs and to spread the realization of our future courses.

Capacity Building for ISPS – Topic UN and IDNs

Daniel Flink  from GSE  LAC worked with members of the  LACRALO UA – IDNs WG  . Two Capacity building sessions  dedicated to ISPs were held on September 22 and 23 to ISPs in Paraguay and Bolivia respectively. The objective was to introduce ISPs to IDNs and UA topics so they can better troubleshoot issues when users try to use IDNs and provide an explanation to their clients.
