10) Proposed Goals and Outcomes:

Content Guidelines (click here)

CIGF 2018 will be attended by a variety of persons from the Caribbean involved in IG, including civil society. I will share information about At-Large and recruit persons to join At-Large, especially from those territories (including Suriname) that do not have an At-Large presence.

I will likely be a convenor/facilitator of sessions at this CIGF, as I've done in past CIGFs.

Further clarification:

As a convenor/facilitator of sessions at past CIGFs and at this one, I will use the
CIGF platform to publicly speak on role of ICANN At-Large in Names and Numbers policy development.

How:
1) Meeting with the civil society attendees at CIGF to make them aware of ICANN At-Large, encourage participation in At-Large activities and how to join At-Large. [recruitment].
2) Raise the profile of the At-Large among the regional Internet stakeholders who are participating at the CIGF.

Outcomes:
1) Increased participation by regional stakeholders in At Large, via all the various means of participation;
2) Increased interest in the ICANN At-Large from regional stakeholders and other interested persons
3) Greater awareness of ICANN and its activities by other Caribbean stakeholders not yet in the ICANN frame.

11) Additional Information (optional):

Traveler will be responsible for any days outside of CROP guidelines.
