The main objective of this series of talks and conferences is to explain to the audiences, composed of young students, the different ways of participating in ICANN and LACRALO. Also expose examples and forms of representation of the interest of the end users. In addition, from the point of view of recruitment, this event seeks to involve new ALSes of the Dominican Republic to increase participation and representation of the Dominican end users in LACRALO. The presentations will be titled "What is ICANN, how does it represent the interest of the end users of the Internet and how can you get involved in LACRALO"
