Report on Public Comments on the Draft FY17 Operating Plan and Budget
The Report on Public Comments has now been published. As well as the PDF version of the report, a sortable spreadsheet of the detailed responses is available.
ICANN will be holding community calls during which the comments submitted on the Draft FY17 Operating Plan and Budget will be presented by the submitters to ICANN. This is intended to enhance the understanding of the comments and so improve the quality of the response.
This process was implemented to address ATRT2 recommendations (#12.1 and #12.5).
All calls will be public, focused on the organization that submitted comments, and attended by at least one Board Finance Committee member. Additional board members may attend based on availability.
The staff and Board members attending will primarily listen and ask clarifying questions. Responses to public comments will not be provided during these calls, unless the comments are factual with a very specific and simple answer.

The schedule for these calls will be published in the table below as dates and times are agreed with each constituency group.

Costa Rica has been recently added to the toll free number list, at least in the case of the CCT Review Team. It really helps a LOT in terms of flexibility to connect to have a local toll free nombre. Many thanks

Hi Carlos - I will check whether a toll-free number for Costa Rica is available and report back. However, the Adobe Connect room will call you at the number you provide or allow you to listen to an audio stream.
