To create an inventory of relevant new stakeholders in the region (who is who), IXPs, Online Service Providers, Telecom operators, etc
Objective
To compile a database/inventory with updated information of IXPs, IPS and Telecoms from Latin America and the Caribbean in order to promote their participation in regional Internet fora.
