The IT Task Force and its sub-committee have been replaced by the Tamil Nadu Information Technology Council (TNITC). This responsibility has been duly gazetted by the Government of Tamil Nadu. My work with ICANN has been fully formal with the Government of Tamil Nadu. Dr. T V Gopal has been acknowledged for contributing unique thoughts on politics in detail by email, on telephone and in personal discussions in a book titled "A Manifesto for Change" by Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam [Formerly President of India] and Dr. V Ponraj.
